Annette Coyle – Chief Executive Officer
Annette Coyle is the Chief Executive Officer of Krafty Kidz, overseeing the operations of all our services. With over 20 years of experience in Early Years Leadership and Management, Annette has developed a deep expertise in managing high-quality childcare services across various roles.
She holds a BA Hons in Early Childhood Care and Education, a Level 7 in Leadership and Management, along with numerous additional qualifications and training. Annette’s wealth of experience has been invaluable in the expansion and development of quality childcare services in Ballyconnell and the surrounding areas.
Annette is particularly passionate about the needs of vulnerable children and families within our community, and her work reflects a strong commitment to inclusive, accessible, and supportive childcare. She plays a central role in ensuring that Krafty Kidz continues to provide excellent care, education, and support to every child and family we serve.
Elaine Gaffney – Childcare Manager
Elaine Gaffney has been an integral part of the Krafty Kidz team since 2016, bringing a wealth of experience and passion to her role as Childcare Manager. She holds a Level 8 in Early Years and a Level 7 in Working with Children with Additional Needs, which allows her to offer expert guidance and support to both staff and children.
Elaine began her journey with Krafty Kidz as a Room Leader and has steadily worked her way up to a senior management position, where her on-the-ground experience plays a crucial role in overseeing the implementation of quality childcare practices. Her extensive hands-on experience ensures that every child receives the highest level of care and education, while also fostering a supportive and nurturing environment for both children and staff.
Elaine’s dedication to professional development and her commitment to inclusive childcare make her an invaluable member of the Krafty Kidz leadership team.
Karen Lynch – Krafty Kidz Daisy Hill Manager
Karen Lynch is the Manager of Krafty Kidz Daisy Hill, bringing with her a wealth of experience in the early years sector. With over 7 years of experience working in creche and pre-school settings, Karen has developed a deep understanding of early childhood development and the importance of creating a nurturing and supportive environment for young children.
Karen joined Krafty Kidz in 2024 and has quickly become a valued member of the team. Her hands-on experience and passion for working with children ensure that the Daisy Hill location upholds the high standards of care and education that Krafty Kidz is known for.
Karen’s commitment to fostering a positive, engaging environment for both children and staff makes her a key figure in the success of our Daisy Hill services.
Diane Crowe – Greaghrahan After-School Manager
Diane Crowe is one of our longest-serving staff members at Krafty Kidz, having been with the team for well in excess of 10 years. With a Level 7 in Early Childhood Care and Education, Diane brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as Greaghrahan After-School Manager.
Throughout her career at Krafty Kidz, Diane has gained extensive experience working with both pre-school and after-school-aged children, which has made her a valuable asset to the team. Her deep understanding of child development, paired with her hands-on experience, allows her to provide high-quality care and support to the children in her care.
Diane’s dedication, passion, and commitment to ensuring that children have a safe, enjoyable, and educational experience make her a cherished member of the Krafty Kidz family.
Jane Brady – Ballyconnell After-School Manager
Jane Brady is the After-School Manager at our Ballyconnell service, located at Tom Regan Hall. With years of experience working with school-aged children, Jane has developed a strong expertise in supporting the unique needs of every child in her care. She has a particular passion for working with children with additional needs, ensuring they receive the individualized support and attention they deserve.
Jane’s experience and dedication to creating a nurturing, inclusive environment make her a vital part of the Krafty Kidz team. Her focus on providing a safe, engaging, and supportive space for children to learn and play is at the core of her work at Ballyconnell.
