Krafty Kidz is continuing to grow, and we’re delighted to announce some exciting new career opportunities within our team.
As we continue to expand our services across the community, we are now looking for experienced and enthusiastic people to join us in two key roles.
Childcare Manager
We are looking for an experienced Childcare Manager to lead our exciting new childcare service in Ballyconnell, which is planned to open in early 2027.
The renovations at our new service are now nearing completion, making this a particularly exciting time to join us. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved from the very beginning, helping to shape the service, support the recruitment and development of a new team and prepare the service to welcome children and families.
The new service will provide high-quality early learning and childcare for children in the local community, with a strong focus on creating a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment where children can learn, develop and thrive.
Working closely with the CEO and wider management team, the Childcare Manager will oversee the day-to-day running of the service, support staff, build strong relationships with families and ensure that the service continues to provide a high standard of care and education.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced childcare professional who would love the chance to help build and develop a brand-new service from the ground up.

Childcare Manager Job Profile 2026
Quality Manager
As Krafty Kidz continues to grow, we are also looking for a Quality Manager to work closely with the CEO and Childcare Managers across our six services – four early years services and two after-school services.
This is a new and exciting role within Krafty Kidz, with a focus on supporting and strengthening quality, inclusion and best practice across all of our services.
The successful candidate will work alongside managers and staff to identify areas for development, support continuous improvement, promote inclusive practice and help ensure that children and families receive the best possible experience across all six settings.
The role will involve working across our services, supporting teams, developing good practice and helping to ensure consistency in the quality of care and education we provide.
It is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood, inclusion and quality, and who enjoys working with teams to develop and improve practice.
